引き続き！真夏の四国山地、山岳域の開拓。
こちら四国渓ならではの良型アマゴとの出会いを求め・・・引き続き開拓を継続。
徳島県では手付かずの残された渓にも出会い、その鱒の生息は限りなくリアルなものでした。
ここ高知県でもそのエリアを探し求め、ひたすら車と脚で広範囲にサーチしています、地形図と実際に目視する誤差を埋め、その差を地域の特徴と捉え、フィールドに立ちます。
西日本、トラウト生息としては最南端から北は最北端まで、さまざまな特徴を経験し、直接肌で感じる事は鱒釣師として限りなく幸せですね。
もちろん、それに伴う釣果とそのプロセス、魚体のクオリティーはマスト条件です！
四国開拓は徳島釣行でもお話しましたが、車アクセスから既に労力がすごく掛かります、、、林道でパンクもしたのですが・・・修理も一苦労です。
そんなこんなで、車中泊の連泊、食生活、シーズン通してのスタミナ、体力も限界に近い中・・・最高のスーパーアマゴとの出会い！こちら高知県にて。再び！
クオリティーは自分好みで絶品、その１匹にかけた労力も更に価値を上げてくれ鱒！
本当に素晴らしい、出会いでしたね。九州から続き、こちら四国、西日本での鱒の釣果、、
情報は基本的には入れないので、実際に自分の身体で確かめ、その素晴らしい答えが出た時の幸せは何事にも変えれない充実感です。
おそらくこの部分が僕を動かしてくれている、原動力の原点かと思っています。
一年のトラウトメインシーズン、メイン舞台、最高の鱒との出会いは禁漁までの9月が本場所！！！！これからです。

‘Seeking Encounters with Super Amago in the Shikoku Mountains, Kochi Prefecture’
We continued to explore the mountainous areas of Shikoku in mid-summer. We continue to explore the mountainous areas of Shikoku in mid-summer, seeking encounters with good-sized amago, which are unique to the Shikoku Ravine….
In Tokushima Prefecture, we encountered a mountain stream that had been left untouched, and the trout habitat was as real as could be.
Here in Kochi Prefecture, we have been searching extensively by car and foot to find that area, filling in the gaps between topographical maps and actual sighting, and taking the differences as local characteristics.
As a trout fisherman, I am infinitely happy to be able to experience and directly feel the various characteristics of western Japan, from the southernmost trout habitat to the northernmost.
Of course, the quality of the fish and the process of catching them is a must!
As I mentioned in my Tokushima fishing trip, it already takes a lot of effort to get to Shikoku from the car… I even got a flat tire on a forest road… and it was a pain to fix it.
So, with a series of nights in the car, eating habits, stamina for the whole season, and physical strength near the limit……………………………….I met the best super amago ever! The quality of this amago was to my liking and was superb, making the effort I put into that one fish even more worthwhile!
It was truly a wonderful encounter. Following on from Kyushu, here are the trout catches in Shikoku and western Japan.
I basically don’t have any information, so when I actually see for myself and get a great answer, I feel a sense of satisfaction that I wouldn’t trade for anything.
I think this is probably the starting point of the driving force that keeps me going.
The main trout season of the year, the main stage, and the best trout encounters are in September before the fishing season ends! This quality fish, was a super amago in my book!
