映画などで舞台になっている広島県尾道市。その沖の瀬戸内海は多くの島々があり、潮も複雑で様々な魚たちの宝庫。関東を中心にカワハギ釣りを極めている鈴木孝さんと、カワハギ釣りトーナメントで優勝している実力者の佐々木健仁さんが、良型カワハギを目指して釣行。水温もまだまだ高く、時期的には難しいタイミングのカワハギを、2人は持ち得る釣技でクリアしていく。名手がいかに適した釣り方を見つけていくのか。瀬戸内海の海の豊かさと尾道市周辺の美しい景色や美味しい料理も紹介します。
