冬に盛り上がりをみせるのがワカサギ釣り。山梨県山中湖では暖房設備を備えている快適なドーム船での釣りが主流。その山中湖のドーム船スタッフとして働くのがワカサギ釣りのスペシャリスト・尾崎渚さん。今回、タレントの福島和可菜さんが尾崎さんを訪ね、ワカサギ釣りに挑戦。この釣りの初心者、福島さんは1日100匹を目標に冬の風物詩を楽しむ。また福島さんは料理研究家・高橋善郎さんに一味違う絶品ワカサギ料理のレシピを教わり新たな味の魅力も知る。
